SMS consent process

TrueResponse uses a verbal opt-in process to obtain customer consent for SMS messaging.


When a customer contacts a service provider using TrueResponse, they may hear the following:


"As part of our service, we can send you a text message to confirm your service request and provide updates regarding scheduling or technician arrival. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Do you agree to receive these messages?"


Only customers who verbally respond "Yes" will receive SMS messages.


Messages are only sent in response to customer-initiated service requests and are not used for marketing.
